Illness during IVF

Hi all, I'm nearly a week into down regging and pretty sure I'm getting tonsillitis. (Damn the teachers' end of term curse!) Does anyone know of this is likely to have an impact on anything IVF wise?

I have read some stuff about illness affecting transfers. Your immune system might reject the embryo if it's in overdrive. I'm not sure all clinics subscribe to this theory but I've definitely heard of people whose clinic refused to do a transfer because they had a cold, so it's worth keeping in mind and even if your clinic are happy to go ahead you might not want to risk it. You could do a freeze all and transfer when you're well.
