Apps or something to listen to to relax during ivf

Need a good relaxation cd I can download that I can use during ivf. I’m very anxious a lot of the time anyway regardless of ivf as I have a stressful job.
Just want something to help relax and get me through it a little without going crazy. Any recommendations? Tia x

There is an ivf mindfulness app with meditations. If you look on the App Store you should see it. I also like the calm app. If you wanted to pay I have an ivf guided daily meditation I got from circle and bloom which I like.

Headspace is always good. Zita West do downloads too.

I second the Calm app. You do have to pay but it's worth it. Insight Timer is a free meditation app. Quite often I just put "sleep meditation" into YouTube and that works too. I used to love one by "The Honest Guys". Got me to sleep every time. Good luck! X
