Agnus Castus - Success stories??

Hi all,

I've recently started taking Agnus Castus to try and help kick start / settle my periods after 15 months off the depo injection.

I was just wondering if anyone else had any experience taking this and what the outcome was

I started taking it early summer I believe, and it brought my ovulation day forward from about day 21 to day 17. I’ve stopped taking it now and my ovulation has stayed at around day 17. I didn’t want to be taking something like that now we’re heading back to the fertility clinic in case it interfered with anything.

I started taking it 2 cycles ago as I was despairing about my extremely short cycles (21 days) after a laparoscopy. The first cycle was the same, but last cycle it finally lengthened to 27 days. Also, I haven’t been getting strong OPKs but last night I had quite a positive one.

The biggest improvement has been for PMS! Bloating and sore boobs are much reduced.

Hi there. I took it for irregular and painful periods . My periods were much more regular withing 6 months, not much change to the pain... and we were very fortunate to conceive month 1 of TTC. I used a tincture from Neals Yard.
