Botox and fertility treatments?

Hello
I’m about to start fertility treatments in the next few weeks ... But I have an on going disability in my hands which I have Botox injections in.
Am I okay in carrying on with these injections whilst have treatment . Or stay clear ?

I did some googling of this a few months back and read that it's best to steer clear of Botox, but probably best to check with the clinic to better weigh up the risks / benefits as I'm never 100% trusting of what i find just from googling. Hopefully they'll have come across the question before
