Hi,

I was prescribed 10mg of provera twice a day for 5 days. I took my last tablet 6 days ago and I started spotting 2.5days ago. And that's it, just the same level of spotting for 2.5days. When I took the exact same dose around 3 months ago I got a full on bleed 5 days after my last tablet.

Is this something I should be worried about? I'm due to start clomid this cycle aswell so I'm really frustrated 😔 please help!

The first time I took Provera my period came within 3 days however I finished my last tablet on the 22nd November and my period didn't arrive until the 29th.

When I checked with my clinic they said it can take up to 2 weeks to arrive but if I were you I'd call your clinic/doctor for guidance!

Sorry I've not been much help 🙂

@LolaSparkle thank you for replying! Reassuring that it wasn't the same time length for you each round! Just concerned about the spotting which is still happening. Today is the 7th day since I took my last tablet.

My consultant is away and will get back tomorrow apparently so will hopefully hear then x

No worries!

I must admit I panicked when I'd still not come on my period by day 7, so I email my clinic and they said to wait until Monday which would be 10 days post last tablet and if it hadn't arrived to call them, it's then arrived that day.

I also had lots of spotting and cramps between my last tablet and my period arriving :)

@LolaSparkle that's really reassuring, thank you SO much!! X
