I had my pelvic scan yesterday and it showed a cyst on my left ovary that was 6cm x 4.3cm - big! They said they'll scan me again in 3 months and warned me that if I'm in any pain I should go to A&E straight away! I did ask if it's the reason we haven't conceived and she said she couldn't say that it was a reason! What's everyone else's experience of ovarian cysts? Has it been a factor that's impacted on fertility?
