Taking DHEA while TTC

Thanks in advance here! I’m older and TTC with AMH 1.1. Following It Starts with the Egg but so far haven’t started taking DHEA.

Is it ok to take while TTC? We can’t afford for me to take it and wait for three months due to ovarian reserve (we’ve fertile...this month! But as each months passes, chances are lower).

Would you take it to ovulation? Or to positive pregnancy test, then stop?

I think you stop if you get a BFP.....I don't believe it's been tested as being safe in pregnancy and it's a hormone so you don't really want to be exposing an early pregnancy to it
