Help! Am I having a miscarriage?

Hi all, I am in day 12 post day 3 embryo transfer. Suppose to test on Sunday but last night I started to have some brown discharge (like those spotting in the end of period) then today heavier and started to have pink spotting now. Today entire day I just felt that I am having my period due to the discharges. So I tested today (2 days earlier) and it has a faint pink line.
But the bleed is real and just like I am having period. It would be my period last night if I were not on progesterone.

Anyone experience this before?will I get period while still on progesterone supplement?

Sorry to hear that Snow1314 Sounds stressful. Was it a fresh IVF transfer? I believe you can get a positive result in a pregnancy test from the HCG medication they give you during IVF. Maybe your little embryo didn't actually implant because it wasn't meant to be?? Sucks :-( I'm guessing you're just having your period and will need to book a follow up with the clinic as soon as they can fit you in. I've been down this road multiple times and I know it hurts. Sending you positive thoughts x

P.S. I got my period despite being on progesterone pessaries the last failed transfer. Even I didn't realise it was possible until last time :'(

You can get a false positive result because of the drugs if you test too early.. however the drugs should be out of your system by now and I doubt they have caused the positive test.
I had a fresh transfer and I had spotting for 3/4 days. I was so convinced it hadn't worked that I didn't actually test OTD.. but I was pregnant and I now have an almost 1 yr old! Spotting isn't the end.. can be totally normal.
I know it's so hard but try and stay calm and retest on your test day.

@ChatWithMe That’s what I thought. At the beginning I was surprise to have period while on progesterone but seems it is possible.....thanks for your thought. I will have to ring on Monday as I rang today but they are close.

@purplestarz thank you for your shared Ng. This is absolutely positive story. I do not want to hold the hope high up will will keep testing until Monday! Hahaha, I have tested multiple time
