Anyone had clomid bmi 30-35?

Hi all, been ttc for 3 years. Had first period last month naturally - didn't ovulate.
Is clomid an option? I have had a no to ivf until bmi is below 30 but wondered if the same applies to clomid? Thanks

I think it will be at the discretion of the gynaecologist. Have a friend who was prescribed clomid with a Bmi of 31 while she lost the weight to have IVF so it’s not a hard no I think
