medroxyprogesterone takers??

I'm on my 28th day of my cycle. I finished my first round of letrozole and it didnt work. What should I do to start my next round? Do I wait for my period to come by itself or take another progesterone to induce my period again??? please help.

Do you normally start a period by yourself? How long might it be if you leave it?

My cycles are anything between 45 and 85 days (depending on stupid cysts that I get) so I have stopped waiting around and now insist on people giving me enough progesterone to finish my cycle after 28 or so days.

Medroxy gives me a period between five and fourteen days after I stop taking it so I try to time it so I have at least 28days before a bleed.
