Ubiquinol / CoQ10 - dose and where to buy?

I'm feeling a bit a lot confused by the options. Where do you buy yours and what dose?

I've just been looking at the pharma nord one, but it's so expensive! I don't mind paying if it's the one that works the best.

We'll be doing ivf at the end of the year/start of next year. I'm 37 (as that seems to make a difference for dosage?).

Seven201 I bought Natural Answers 200mg from Amazon a few months ago after it was recommended by my acupuncturist. To be fair, I have got pregnant twice a few month after starting this suppliment. In August I had a fairly unsuccessful first round of IVF so I decided to add Evening Primrose oil to my daily regime. The very next cycle... I'm pregnant. So it might be worth trying the combination. I took 200mg

Try to get ubiquinol though, it's much purer than CoQ10 (& much more expensive unfortunately!)

I'm going to start taking it again soon as we want to TTC #2

Thanks @polkadotpixie I've just ordered an expensive ubiquinol one off amazon. Haven't decided if I'm going to take 200mg or 300mg yet.

I bought Qunol 200mg softgels from Amazon, they are in American packaging and they cost £27 for 60.

I’m currently starting IVF, I will be asking my clinic at my first scan (pre stims) but does anyone know if it’s recommended to take throughout treatment or should I stop at some point?

I've been taking these, for a year after 2 mc & now 6 wks pg. (I'm 40)

@seven201 I am taking Natures Best, they have their own website. I was taking 200mg per day (split into 2 doses) but I've upped in tp 300mg with 6 weeks to go until my next cycle

@Youngatheart00 definitely ask your clinic but from what I've read so far it seems you keep taking until a bfp. May well be different for ivf though.
