Does anyone understand results?

Got DPs semen analysis back. We’ve been given a sheet of numbers, which I don’t understand . It’s all about W.H.O. a, b, c etc. And it’s all beyond me. Does anyone know what they mean, and how to interpret a semen analysis result sheet? Thanks in advance

Yeah I can see how those are hard to read! Who relates to the standard ranges but I’m not sure on a and b. PH is a little out. Wants to be as close to 7 as possible. The rest looks good. Good Motility which is them moving In right direction and good number of concentration

Thanks 😊 reading online, a higher pH can indicate an infection. It was a post surgery test, so I wonder if that could be related? Thanks for your help
