November Round Two

Had a BFN after our first round - just had review meeting and due to restart in Nov. Wanted to start chat for those starting next month.

@Yorkshirehope I'll be starting then too! We just found out today that our first round of IVF didn't work. Just got my period. Have two frozen embryos left. Sort of having second thoughts about going through this again...

@maggie272 it’s tough isn’t it. We didn’t get any frozen so starting a fresh. Dr upped meds and said we should try two if we get there. Other have has to do a frozen sample as well as he had super low count last time ( albeit we still got five eggs fertilised- only one made it to day 5)

Still waiting for my period, so it’s looking more like a November start for our FET

Me. Well, hopefully. Doctor seems to want to procrastinate even though l have made clear the waiting feels interminable and my 40th birthday is only round the corner. It will be our 1st cycle

Well finally got my period so day 21 for me will be the 1st Nov to start downregulation.

Have heard that there may be an issue with supply of buserelin so am desperate to speak to the clinic on Monday to check that we can still go ahead with our FET in November

Been a bit quiet - waiting for my first cycle after our BFN. Partner had a frozen sample on Friday and results were good so that takes a little pressure off. Hoping to start round two in mid Nov.

Can I join? We are due to start ICSI on my next cycle which should be end of October. Its our first cycle, using frozen sperm from pre chemo. Im so scared! We have our nurse appt tomorrow to get our protocol and hopefully drugs
