Hi all, looking for some advice. My DH has a low sperm count (2.5 mil) and high DNA fragmentation (54%). We have had one failed round of IVF with no embryos frozen and one that didn’t make it to blastocyst by day 5 but they put back in anyway.
We asked to be referred to a Urologist but there isn’t one who specializes in infertility in Ireland where we are.
I was wondering what we should be asking him to look at? Or if there’s any tests we should be asking him to do - should there be an ultrasound to check if everything is ok? He is bringing his latest bloods and DNA frag and semen analysis results.
Would really appreciate any advice!
