Low FSH/LH anyone?

I've seen a lot about high FSH/LH levels but nothing about low. Mine both came back around 2.0 on Day 3, which I think is below the reference range, anyone had any experience?

How old are you? What cycle day was that taken?

Sorry, just saw it was day 3!!

It means you'd likely respond well to ivf drugs as it requires only small amounts of the hormone to stimulate your ovary to start maturing an egg.

I'm 33. I've only just started fertility investigations, wondering if this low level is stopping me conceiving.

It just means your body doesn't having trouble hearing up to ovulate and your ovarian reserve is unlikely to be the problem. Lost of women have a good ovarian reserve and don't get pregnant (I was one). It's not the only cause of infertility.

Has your partner's sperm been tested yet?

I thought it might be too low though, as doesn't it stimulate ovulation? I've also got elevated prolactin.

Partner has been tested but we haven't got the results yet.

Do you have regular cycles?
