Hi ladies,
I am soon to start IVF. Have been researching all sorts of supplements i should be taking and keep coming across Resveratrol but i know absolutely nothing about it.
Please could someone enlighten me?
What is it good for/ who should take it/ how much should I take?
I see it has some link to inflammation? I have had 4 miscarriages and suspect i have some sort of immune issue going on but can't afford the full tests. Don't want to start taking the Resveratrol if it is going to make that side of things worse!
