what do my results mean (FSH and progesterone)

I've had a progesterone level back as 20 and my FSH is 11.
I've not got my appointment for a fortnight, but from my research my FSH is on the high side, and the progesterone is low?

Will I be offered Clomid? TTC 12 months so early days in some ways.

What cycle days were these tests taken? They only 'mean' anything during very specific points in the cycle, because the ranges of 'normal' are much much larger at any other point in the cycle.
