Ultrasound - what to expect?

Has anyone had an ultrasound for infertility? I am having an external and internal ultrasound on sunday and I feel sick with worry.
The GP thought I may have PCOS (irregular periods since 2017, acne, fatigue) etc but bloods came back normal. Has anyone experienced similar and gone on to conceive? If if isnt PCOS then why am I not falling pregnant? Everyone around me seems to be welcoming beautiful bundles into the world and whilst I am so happy for them, my heart hurts a little.

Scans are totally fine, don't hurt, the probe is just like a dildo! It's worth it to find out what is going on so you can sort it out and have your baby :)

I have and it’s fine. The internal scan isn’t that big and it didn’t hurt. Good luck with it all
