Real symptoms or progesterone?!

Hi all, I’m 5 weeks today after a fresh cycle, waiting for my scan in 2 weeks! I’ve started getting symptoms like vague sickness, shortness of breathe, bad taste in mouth etc. These are all symptoms caused by progesterone. So my question is, do the pessaries cause all of this, or is it more likely the increasing progesterone of the pregnancy? I didn’t have any symptoms from the pessaries before test date.
Thanks!

I’ve been pregnant through ivf before, my girl is 4, I just don’t remember getting any symptoms this early!

Hiya!

It’s an emotional rollercoaster! And it’s kind of impossible to say either way from my experience.

This is my second ivf pregnancy (first ended in MMC) and I have felt the same with both. So in my experience, symptoms (at least in the early stages) are due to the meds for the most part. However, I haven’t had a BFN so who knows, I might not have felt them if that was the case!

Impossible really and I haven’t helped at all 😂🙈

I have the exact same question! I got a positive test result today, but have had breathing issues in particular for the last few days, as well as a bit queasy and slight tenderness. All I know is that on my first attempt (negative test result) I didn’t get any of these symptoms, so I’m taking it as a good sign!
