Success stories with high DNA fragmentation?

MFI and one failed round of IVF. Results of DNA Frag indicate are 52% abnormal. Anyone had high DNA Frag and successful IVF / pregnancy? We are doing IVF ICSI.

DH has 60% abnormal from his DNA fragmentation test. We are on pregnancy no.3 in 12 months (first 2 ended in miscarriage). Not confident at all for this to end in a live birth. It took us 5 years to get pregnant the first time.

We had high dna fragmentation around 30% I think. It took us 4 rounds of icsi.

In the end the successful round was after we had seen Dr Ramsay, had a long course of antibiotics, and we also did PICSI. After seeing Dr Ramsay, DH semen analysis was normal. (Always has low motility prior to this).

I can not recommend seeing Dr Ramsay enough.

We saw him too. Unfortunately after antibiotics DH results still not improved so now talking about clinical trials.
