I had a failed IVF where my period started before official test day. It was the same as my other periods. Next month period was a week late but also normal in terms of length and bleeding. I started going to acupuncture and taking Chinese meds and this month my period was 4 days late and incredibly light - only lasted about 1.5 days.
I’m a bit freaked out as I’ve never had a period like this. We have male factor infertility and all my hormone tests came back normal. I usually have a regular 29 day cycle and 4 day bleed.
Would this be acupuncture or is it part of how it supposedly takes x3 cycles post IVF to get back to normal.
What have been your experiences?
