High progesterone on clomid?

Any clomid and progesterone experts around?

I'm on my first cycle of clomid. Unmonitored and 100mg.

I asked my gp for a blood test as opks didn't show a positive. I think I ovulated cd 18 or 19. Progesterone blood tests on cd 24 was 191. I had aching/cramping for a couple of days before I think when I ov'd. Gp admin person just said 'consistent with ovulation' and that was it. But now I'm worried that means I've released lots of eggs/over stimulated? Does anyone know? I've emailed my consultant but I have no idea if he'll get back to me. To complicate things I have a blocked Fallopian tube so am at risk of an ectopic pregnancy.

In case this is helpful for anyone else, that is high. Consultant didn't give reasons but he's told me to reduce my dose next month and to have a scan between days 10-14. He said it should be over 30, but didn't give a max figure.
