Hello,

Has anyone been to Cyprus for IVF whats it like?

Currently in Cyprus having had FET so officially on 2 week wait to test as of today. We’ve had a great experience. I don’t think it’s the cheapest out there but I cannot fault the quality of service we’ve had. Patient care and knowable staff have been golden. We are with Kolan British Hospital and “Team Z” if you have googled and/or researched. It’s definitely an industry out here and the Czech Rep clinics are probably cheaper but I wouldn’t swap for any amount of savings. Good luck.

Wouldn't go to Czech republic as I mentioned before it's not the money.
Funny enough I called them yesterday & was also very happy with the phone conversation. She was super helpful, explained to me about how shes been working with IVF for over 10 years, made me feel a bit comfortable. She also answered my 1001 questions. She emailed me the information over with-in an hour of hanging up as well.

You say you've had good experience with them physically?

Physically the scans were more expert than the UK because they’re done by Dr Z who is basically a consultant so very good and thorough. Blood tests are done by nurses. The theatre team are great. The hospital is a typical private hospital. Clean and well maintained. We have no complaints and that’s with both DW and myself having collections and DW having the FET onboard. So double the reviews!

Hi, am new here and we were planning to got to Cyprus this April. I am torn between British Cyprus, Kolan, miracle and dunya. Can you tell me why you chose Kolan?

Miracle. 100% Dr F is amazing, staff are great. I wouldn't go back to Czech for all the pgs tested embryos in the world 🙄

Please do not trust miracle hospital in Cyprus! They are scamming women ans taking money for not reason!

Hi @EmilyBullytha - we used Kolan mainly because of the “Team Z” patient first approach. Zeren and Dr Z are excellent in their respective roles. We now have a beautiful 9 month old daughter. We have two FET awaiting transfer for next time but because of Covid I’m unsure when that will be. Really had a great experience and actually looking forward to starting the journey again with them. Go with what feels right for you. For us it was clear and we don’t regret it.

Hi @Geluksvogel, that’s really good to hear that as we have planned to go to Kolan hospital next and use Dr Z. Anyone thinking of using Miracle Hospital with Dr. Firdevs please don’t, they literally did my whole procedure wrong during lockdown which was extremely difficult to get out there that time and was in isolation once there. They took no bloods from me or scans before arriving to Cyprus so they didn’t even know which medication to give me, they winged it all to get quick money, that resulted to over hyper stimulated ovaries and all my 10 mature eggs died on day 4. I’m only 31, I’m healthy and have 3 children already, the only reason for going is for gender selection. Please don’t trust them. Dr F blocked my watts app messages before resolving any issues. All I got was a text saying all your eggs have died, now that is absolutely awful to say the least. If you look on their google reviews to miracle hospital you will see that there are other bad reviews too. I’m warning the U.K. ladies not to go there.

Hi @NHuthwaite2021 ive just read your post and i am glad i have. I am in the same position as you, looking to go over to cyprus for gender selection. I was looking at both Kolon and Miracle...but reading your post i think Kolon is the one i should look into more.
Have you had contact with Kolon? Is it a long waiting list... xx

Hello :) glad you seen my post, stay way clear from miracle. I heard kolan are good but after joining the ivf Abroad support group on Facebook I found a better option for me in Ukraine :) you can ask questions about it on that group if you have Facebook. :)

Hi Geluksvogel, thank you sharing your experience. I just starting my research on IVF in Cyprus. Do you have any advice of what to look out for? Your experience was great with British IVF Kolan?
I was in contact with miracle IVF and they were very helpful but I can’t find any good reviews about them.

Please don’t go with miracle ivf unless you want to get scammed

Thanks for the advice. Were they really bad? It’s so hard to tell from abroad what you’re dealing with. I’m in Ireland.

It's so tricky because I had a round in Surrey UK and a round in Brno, both were terrible. But I had the best experience with miracle. Dr F was amazing, the staff were brilliant. I got 5 embryos whereas before Id had 2 bad quality ones. We have 4x frosties and I'm very excited to return.

I am a little confused as they seem very similar to Cyprus IVF Centre Team Miracle?
