Hello everyone. I'm 29 and my appendix left me with a massive hydrosalpinx. TTC for about 12 cycles. Surgery in March. Just found out on Thursday that my remaining tube is good. And we're delighted. (It was a little cruddy on previous HSG, but that was possibly because my other tube was constantly leaking blood.)
Gynaecologist started me on gonal f (75) starting today in the hope that we can get an egg from the good side. Cetrotide in a few days. Then Ovitrelle. My AMH is 10.8, so not awful but not stellar for my age.
If I'm not pregnant in 3 months, we're on to ivf. I'll need extra sedation if that's the case, because one ovary is stuck right by a major artery.
