All starting again. Round 2 icsi

So...
One round in January- 1 Shite grade blast in the freezer.
Round two now. Taking Gonal-F. Menopur last time.
Last time I had “ovary aches”...
this time (apart from a headache) I have no signs that anything at all is happening.
On a massive dose (350iu)
Scan Friday.
Feeling absolutely demoralised.

So had my scan yesterday. Have five good sized follicles (same as last time).
I’m amazed that there are any developments as last cycle I had terrible pain at times.
I desperately want this to happen but I have no positivity at all.... the chances of it all being successful are so small.
I’m eating lots better. Sleeping well.
My OH is doing my injections but is too busy to come with me to scan appointments... i wish he could come but we can’t change our home commitments.

Does anyone know if it’s ok to ride my horse whilst all of this is going on?
