Very low AMH 0.588 and 38, would love some advice!

Hi,
I've recently found out that I have very low AMH it's 0.588 and I have 8 follicles which I understand isn't necessarily great but it also isn't as bad...so I'm keeping that in mind! Because of the results, we are looking to go down the IVF route and are about to do lots of blood tests.
It would be amazing to heard from anyone in or had a similar situation. And would also be great to hear from anyone who has had IVF and how they decided on which clinic to go to? I've heard they have different success rates, do you ask the clinic directly at the appointments or is it listed somewhere.
From getting blood test results back, how long is it normally before you start treatment?
Sorry for all the questions, I'm quite anxious and at the moment I'm not ready to speak to friends and family.

Sure it was biotex site but wasn’t the f one

That didn’t seem to be about 4yrs I when I did ivf

It’s a new thing I think as my friend used it after clinic advised hence I had a read about it

Janevi, you won't be able to order from the UK as it's only available on prescription here. I'm guessing maybe that is the same for Spain too, most people order from the US as some companies will deliver to Europe. With this though there is always the possibility of it being held by customs (this is the case in the UK anyway).

Unfortunately I don't seem to always ovulate, although will keeping trying down the naturally whilst waiting on the IVF process. xx

@SparrowSG thank you. Unfortunately you can't get it on prescription here. Will just have to order from US and keep fingers crossed it's not caught in customs. xx

75 a day equals 3 tablets so 21 a week for 12w is 252 tablets as a minimum

Hi! Just wanted to post an update for anyone who reads this and is in a similar situation.
I ended up going down the IVF route but actually fell pregnant naturally aged 40 before the embryo was put back and how have a gorgeous little one sleeping next to me.
I did follow a lots of the things from the book ‘its starts with the egg’ and not sure if the changes helped or not but it did give me a sense of taking control.
