Change or not change the fertility clinic?

I am 41 years old so I don't have too much time to be mum : (
After two unsuccessful attempts at ICSI at Lister Clinic I am in doubt if I try again there even knowing that I need new air or if I change clinic and start everything again. The whole process of collection and fertilization was successful but I did not get pregnant and I heard in the follow up consultation that science did its part, the rest is luck. I wonder if it's always like this. Are there no exams to know why the failure? I'm really frustrated. Has anyone already treated at Care, Create, ARGC or CRGH and could you tell me your experience, please? I need a new direction. Thank you so much for your help.

I'm with Create and really liked them so far although my first FET has just failed.
ARGC is horrendously expensive - I know people whose first round has cost £25k and you basically need to have 6 weeks off as they do almost daily testing.
