Clomid success with PCOS

Wonder if anyone could share clomid success stories with PCOS?
Spoken to my gyn and she's going to prescribe me clomid for my next cycle at the end of the month before ivf.
Have PCOS and want to know peoples stories in similar situations?
Have to have more bloods before, but she said I can have it before ivf as it looks as though I'm not ovulating/anovulatory cycles from previous bloods.
