Fsh and lh levels are they normal?

Had a day 2-4 blood test and got tested of day 4 of my period. Just had the results which are-
Fsh 5.0
lH 5.1
The receptionist couldn’t explain if it was normal so waiting on a call back from the doctor. Thought you ladies might have some knowledge. Could you tell me are they normal or not? Currently sat here shaking with nerves thinking I’m not ovulating

You need to read 'taking charge of your fertility.' Those results say your body generally finds it easy to ovulate, thought to be more like an indication of your egg reserve - under 12 is considered decent reserve. Under 6 is fantastic reserve.

My nerves have calmed a little bit now as my periods are quite painful and I haven’t conceived in years I was expecting a not normal result I guess

Low, in this case is a GOOD thing!! Means you don't need a lot of the follicle stimulating hormone (fsh) to make you ovulate. More hormone = harder to ovulate!

Yes he’s had 2 and they weren’t good at all severely low count at 3 million motility 30percent and don’t know morph.
We’ve been referred to the hospital as I’ve had an internal scan showing everything looked normal, blood tests and he’s had the same (blood tests I mean)
Our apppintments keep getting cancelled so just waiting now.
