If your periods are irregular I would question whether such a product is worth it. Blood tests would give a far more accurate picture of what your hormone levels are like. May I ask how long you have been ttc for, I ask only that if its coming up to a year I would seek medical advice sooner rather than later.

I got pregnant my second month of using ovusense, I ovulated on day 23 of a 32 day cycle, so we had been missing my ovulation date - I have pcos but regular periods - I would however question the accuracy of the product, I've added a picture of my chart the month I conceived and my dates and timing of sex mean I couldn't have ovulated when it said I did - it must have been day 23.

Positives - easy to use and to remember to use, does tell you if you've ovulated, the product is also designed for irregular periods so doesn't predict based on dates, it looks at your temps

Negatives - not sure how accurate it is with dates etc!

I have now been ttc for 2.5 years - had blood work x2 rounds, hycosy, internal scans and all clear - the tests did show I ovulated but I’m also now getting tired of the ttc process so wondered if this was accurate enough in helping when to dtd.
In my head I am trying to
Exhaust all possible things that could “help”

Thanks for your replies ladies

I've just bought an Ava bracelet for similar reasons. Can't comment on how well it works as waiting for my period to arrive before opening the box! There's an Ava thread somewhere on mumsnet with a £20 discount code.

I have ovusense and it had given me so much information about my cycles. I disagree with the not working for irregular cycles. I'm pretty regular, but the FB group is full of women with PCOS who have irregular cycles and find it really helpful.

I would recommend it if you want to learn about your cycles. It's really easy to use
