Fertility aids help

We are on the verge of investigating IVF, does anyone have any last recommendations.

Advised I fall into the 25% of women with unexplained fertility.
I have a 7 year old, and had 2 miscarriages after my son, one under 12 weeks second at 20 weeks.

Been trying for 4+ years

Any advice greatly received.
