Hello everyone!

So after having two failed icsis (one ended in chemical pregnancy) im looking to decide what next. I have no frozen embryos, a low AMH and respond to the stimulation very poorly. Each cycle ive only had 2 embryos with high doses.

My first cycle was antagonist protocol and let to BFN. Stimulation with FSH only

Second cycle was long agonist protocol stimulating with Combination of FSH and LH with higher doses. This sadly ended in a chemical pregnancy.

I am looking to start cycle 3 in next few months.

Has any of you been on DuoStim protocol?
Or
GnRH antagonist/letrozole protocol

Kindly share your experiences with me so I can make a decision. Especially if your ovaries don’t seem to respond like mine!

I am doing it privately abroad so will choose clinic based on which protocol may be best suited. These are the two protocols that have been suggested by different clinics

Thanks you so much!!

Hi A280, I just came across your post and I'm in a very similar situation. Could you tell me what/how you decided and how it has gone for you? Thank you x
