You can still have children. You can do IVF which has a very good success rate when the problem is a mechanical issue like scarred tubes or no tubes.

Hope you're feeling okay OP. Never had an ectopic but had several miscarriages that needed surgery. It's shit Flowers

Sorry that you are having a rough time.
IVF is not fun for anyone but knowing that you will need it (rather than going through years of disappointment first) might make it easier to deal with. I am now glad we had IVF as the clinic was lovely and it felt good to take action to conceive rather than regretting what could never be.
Being fertile doesn’t make you a successful woman. Needing a little help to get pregnant doesn’t make you a failure. In the end what you want is a child, not a pregnancy, and the only success worth thinking about is how well you do bringing up that child.
Take care of yourself.

I’m so sorry you are going through this, I had an ectopic too and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. Such a scary time. Take your time to heal and be kind to yourself ❤️

I’ve just had my first round of ivf and have just had a positive pregnancy test. So it’s perfectly possible for you to have kids, plus you are young which is great for ivf. I’m 34 but I still managed a couple of good eggs but you should have plenty. Keep strong ❤️

The ectopic pregnacy trust was a source of support for me www.ectopic.org.uk/

I'm so sorry that this happened to you. Thanks

So sorry to hear your news. I had a near fatal ectopic last year and am currently in the middle of ivf. There is a very good support group on Facebook for people who have ectopics x

I’m a big fan of practical advice....
So.... soon as you feel better get badgering your GP for a fertility consultation.
Get some eggs in the freezer.
Hope you feel better soon.
Sending hugs 🤗
