bit of a brief background,
i am currently going through the fertility struggle and after all tests, was referred to Southend Hospital fertility clinic. more test were carried out and then finally just before Christmas our consultant said that the next step is to be referred for IVF as its unexplained infertility. However there was a question around how long we have been with our current GP in the area and she would get back to me in the new year.
due to when we were referred to Southend hospital (nov 2017), we were informed that we would come under the old rules prior to January 2018 when it all changed.

last week, i had a phone call unfortunately telling me i would not be eligible for NHS funded IVF due to the length of time i had been registered with my GP.

We come under the Castle point & Rochford CCG, and i have the PDF copy of all the details and the criteria as of January 2018.

However, i CANNOT, find anywhere online the previous version of this document. ive only managed to find the current and old version of the Southend CCG

so, has anyone on here had IVF through Southend Hospital, as part of the Castle point & Rochford CCG in the last year or so (regardless of outcome) and still has access to the criteria information prior to January 2018?

ultimately i need to know what the residence/area GP ruling was before this. but the whole document would be amazing!!!
