Second vasectomy reversal stories

DH had a vasectomy reversal in December 2017, it was unsuccessful. The urologist shrugged and basically said I wouldn’t bother doing it again ICSI is your only option.
But I’ve been doing a bit of research on the subject of second vasectomy reversals and the success rates.
Am I just being silly to look at this option or is it something someone out there has been successful with. TIA

I have no idea on the answer to this but Mr Jonathan Ramsay is a fantastic urologist based in London and he specialises in male factor infertility. He will be able to answer this question for you (and perform the surgery if needed). We saw him in January 2017 (not for this issue) and I cannot recommend him highly enough. We travelled from Scotland to see him.
