Just sending a massive hug to everyone who watches the Christmas cards arrive with those lovely messages of who has given birth this year! I had 8 years of this before DD put in an appearance. In the end I didn't want to open cards because I didn't want to hear anyone else's "happy news".

However happy I am for them I can’t stand the term bump it’s a baby not a bump just say from “baby ....”

I hate the 'and bump' signing off too.

But most likely because I can't stand that so many just assume their pregnancy will go to term and of course they will take home their baby.

After miscarriages and still births, I don't think you ever think like that again.
