That’s amazing ! @Mammmoo
Oh has similar count his best one was 3 million and his motility was 31percrnt motile from what I can remember improved from 6percent I think. I’ve had a look at fettilaid but think we would rather wait till our first appointment now. Really glad to hear you conceived naturally it gives me a little hope can I ask how long you were ttc when you had your first baby? X

It was 27 cycles, so just over 2 years.
So sorry that you're going through this.

Just a quick question to everyone who did they've changed their partners diet. What sort of changes did you make? DF is hugely fussy when it comes to food, doesn't like any fruit at all (weirdo!) And eats a limited few veggies. He could do with losing over a stone to get to a healthy weight but it's a real struggle to get him to eat healthily. I actually find it very frustrating because I don't understand why he makes it so difficult when it could help improve his sperm, but that's a whole other story lol. Any easy ideas we could implement?

@Wholovesorangesoda
My oh is exactly the same a weirdo that was fed plain food as a child 😂doesn’t like anything! Just chips beans and boring food lol
I make him a spinach and frozen fruit smoothie ( he was reluctant at first) but liked it when he had tried it, think the gp giving him advice to eat healthier and cut alcohol give him a kick up the arse aswell as he was only hearing it from me before x

Yes DF was only given very limited foods a kid and now he thinks anything that might have some.vitamins and goodness in it is gross!
Smoothie might be a good idea but even with that he is awkward. It's like a toddler,I cant even convince him to try most new food!

I know some have tried liquid vitamins and liquid CoQ10 for husbands for ease of taking supplements! Just a thought. Good luck ;-)
