Anyone on Progynova?!

Hello,

A few months ago I had my first fresh embryo transfer and unfortunately it failed. I have 6 blastocysts chilling and I’m currently on Progynova (which by the way is making me crazy, anyone else?!) I went for a scan on Monday and they said my lining was only 6mm and needs to be 7mm by next Monday when I have my next scan so I’m now on 6 progynova tabkets now per day (even more crazy). Has anyone had a similar experience with trying to increase their lining? I’ve always had perfect thickness when I’ve had all the scans before (prior to medication with the injections). Just to add our reason for ivf is MFI. Thanks so much for any help or advice! X

I went up to 6 progynova tablets a day after having perfect lining when they did the scanning for EC (went to a freeze all). I started on 2 a day, did nothing, so they upped it to six. It seemed to work and get the lining thick enough.

The cycle where everything went perfectly didn’t work for me.

The cycle where my lining was too thin and we had to wait was the one that worked.

I have been on my first cycle journey when I first started on progynova I was very hormonal!!!!!

Then I started injecting Lubion and using pessaries as well as taking pregnacare Max

Hormones have been through the roof but it's worked and I am now pregnant.

Hermones1 - ahh thank you, so glad to know that I’m not the only one has struggled with Progynova. All being well I’ll be starting the pessaries again next Tuesday. Congratulations on your pregnancy, I bet you can’t wait. Xxx

@luckyme11 how you getting on with the prog and the other drugs?

@hermones1 ahh thanks for asking. Still on them and the pessaries again. Feeling really rubbish if I’m honest, nauseous, anxious, very tired and I’m in the 11 day wait at the moment.

@luckyme11 I'm ok been suffering with some sickness and nausea, I'm 8 weeks now and I'm still on pessaries and progynova. I cannot bloody wait to come off the drugs!!! Sending my love to you!

@luckyme11 on both FET cycles I’ve been on 3 progynova a day. First cycle I really felt the effects of the drugs but this time I started acupuncture and seem to have managed much better. Also my liking was up to 11mm at scan before transfer. Hoping to hear you won’t need another round but if you did acupuncture might be worth a try.
