Anyone else facing fertility issues with confirmed BRCA mutation? I have pcos and awaiting for a FS appointment. Interested in what others in similar situation have done. Have been on metformin for 7-8 months with 0 effect. Next one is CC I guess, but with my risks it can be too risky imho. Thinking about ovarian drilling, but again not sure about the extra risks.
