Ovary Pain

Hi everyone
I suffer from PCOS and haven’t had a period since March this year. I started taking myo inositol about 2 weeks ago and since Sunday I’ve had a pain and pulling sensation in my right ovary. There’s no EWCM but could this be me ovulating?
