Early pregnancy symptoms or ovulation??

I've been getting really tender breasts and feeling neauses today (all day off and on) I've been getting mild cramping pain in my lower abdomen (off and on all day) with alot of discharge for the last couple of days..could this be early pregnancy symptoms or ovulation? I'm currently under the hospital and take clomid to regulate ovulation..last month ovulation was day 27 with period arriving on day 40. I have been very obsessive in previous months about trying to conceive etc that I think I was putting too muxh pressure on myself so this month I was a little bit more relaxed I haven't really been tracking when I ovulate etc so I'm not sure if i actually have or not I'm not on day 35 of my cycle so if I have the same cycle as last month it would be in about 5 days time. So surely if I was pregnant i wouldn't be feeling neauses etc already??

I’m not sure if anyone else can help as Clomid is usually the first step before more serious infertility treatments start, but I took Clomid for 6 months and I had pregnancy and ovulation symptoms all 6 cycles (including nausea and positive opks). I wasn’t ovulating though as I have pcos. I suggest going to the Conception thread as you may find people with more positive clomid experiences?

I was under monitoring from the hospital and they found I ovulated last month (I got positive opks too) so I know that clomid is working for me but because I haven't been strictly looking for ovulation this month due to the pressure i was putting on myself (I was getting obsessed). I have posted in the infertility thread too but thought I would post here too to see if anyone has any idea on what such symptoms could poss be.

Are they checking ovulation via ultrasound? If so then I’m sure you are ovulating and could be / become pregnant. If by blood test (eg day 21) then sometimes it could be wrong. I don’t really know what else to say so I’ll step back.

Yeah through ultrasound and also blood tests aswell. I also had positive ovulation tests aswell. X

Time will tell? It could be either.

What are the typical signs of ovulation?? I can't remember how it felt last month..probably should have wrote down my symptoms. Lol x

It's different for everyone. Have a quick google for some of the more common symptoms.
