FET preparation

Hi all

So there is a lot of discussion on here about preparing for IVF and what not and what to do/eat/drink and supplements etc, but I cant find much discussion about FET prep.
Any experiences or knowledge or advice about what you have done to prepare? How long did you wait (if using own eggs) after IVF before having FET?

I'm sorry I don't have any real advice, but just joining to say I had a fresh ivf cycle 4 years ago which resulted in a positive pregnancy test but miscarried less than 2 weeks later. We had 2 embryos frozen then.

Second ivf cycle with a different protocol was a big fat failure and after requesting a debrief, the consultant asked US why they'd changed the protocol. I lost faith completely and it took until last year to gain the courage to try again. So we found another clinic and moved our embryos and last week I had an endometrial scratch, ready to start a medicated FET cycle next cycle. I'm terrified and hopeful and terrified of being hopeful.

I'll be interested to see what others experiences are
