Going round in circles, PCOS, just PCO or none of the above?

I’ve been going through different testing since April 2018 and just don’t seem to be getting anywhere. My dr susepected PCOS yet results keep coming back inconclusive after lots of blood /hormone tests and pelvic scans I’m still not confident she’s sure:
Testosterone is fine
Some folicles in ovaries but not actual cysts apparently
More than anverage body hair
Weight is ok BMI of 19.6

I’ve never had a regular cycle, can be anything from 30-70 days, varying each time.

Just waiting on husbands seman anlysis results then I’m being referred to a fertility specialist.... anyone got an idea what I should expect next??

I’d try a different doctor! You could also ask for the figures of the results and compare them to other people’s. Some doctors might interpret results differently. I’d try posting on the PCOS subreddit on reddit as I find there’s more people on there with PCOS
