Hello, I was just wondering if you have been carrying on taking prenatal vitamins before an IVF cycle.I stopped a while ago, only taking folic acid and ubiquinol now.I have just bought pregnancy plan tablets of Zita West as it seems to have all of the vitamins we need and folate which is better absorbed that folic acid.Has anyone tried them?
