BFN at 11dp5dt

Hi everyone,

I'm at 11dp5dt today. Official test day is in 3 days.

I can't help but think it's not worked. I went into this so positively with it being my first round of IVF. I feel like I've had every pregnancy symptom but now wondering if it's just those evil pessaries.

Has anyone else had a BFN at 11dp5dt and gone on to have a BFP? I've been reading forums all over the internet and people seem to get positives from 7dpt...

I've also read that if there was going to be a BFP, that I would have seen it by now.

Feeling a bit rubbish this morning. It's been an awful couple of years with recovering from breast cancer and my mum passing away a couple of months ago. I had hoped the universe might cut me a break. 😢

I'm so sorry to hear this - it does sound good does it. But you never know! It's not over til it's over! Which test did you use? Did you test with fmu?

Thank you @jemimafuddleduck - I will prob wait to test on Friday (no more POAS to drive me crazy) then phone the clinic to say it’s failed. Looking forward to a glass of wine at least.

I tested with fmu on a first response test. And a cheapie and a Clear Blue. Just to make sure. Not wasting any more money on tests this week. Will use the clinic test on Friday.

It's so so hard. I've been there and it's devastating. Do you have any frozen embryos? You've been through an awful lot, take care of yourself x

Thank you @Scottishgirl85 - I have one good one left. And two that didn't meet the re-freezing standards, but because I had chemo and they're not sure if I'm still fertile, they decided to freeze them anyway and if they survive the thaw, would recommend putting them back together.

Just want to get under my duvet and hide out at the mo. Lol. X

Thank you @A280 - ah, good luck to you as well! Have you managed to not test at all through the 2ww? I really wish I’d not tested.

I tested twice- both negative so haven’t tested the last 5 days! If I have another cycle im definitely not early testing its so not worth the anxiety

Hi. I never tested early as was told not too and i Didn’t for 4 cycles

But the 5th I did test early. 3 days as my bday and was negative

On test day 3 days later I got my first ever bfp

So yes it can happen

That little blue line is now my 17mth daughter
