TWW tips on getting to 20/8 without going crazy

I had 1 embryo implanted 6/8 and am in the tww.
It's the first thing I think about in the morning when I wake up until I go to sleep at night.
I took my last pregnal injection 12/8 and some 7dpt I have had cramps, night sweats and naseua.
So confusing are they period related, pregnal related or am I actually pregnant.

Is anyone else in the tww and any tips on getting through it?

It’s so difficult and every little twinge makes you wonder could this be it. My only advice is to keep busy honestly when it was my tww I worked longer hours, met friends for dinner, went out with hubby just basically tried to distract myself as much as possible. It will soon be here. I’m wishing you all the luck in the world! Xx

It's the worst time of the whole process with iui th wait was always easier because I just new my body and that it hasn't worked but with ivf and the medications you just never know.
Today is a bad day really feel my period starting don't think I will make it to testing on monday.

I felt like my period was starting nearer to the testing time, I was sure one morning it was but there is just so much going on with your body it turned out to be nothing. Try and stay positive I know how hard it is but try and distract yourself the best you can.

And did you get a positive result?

I did so stay positive. I honestly said to my hubby every day nearer the end well that’s it my period is starting today as my cramps felt just like it but it wasn’t. Don’t forget our bodies go through so much so it’s normal to get cramps, twinges etc.

Oh good so I should keep that little bit of hope o have left then. I think if I tell my husband my periods going to come again he will leave me hahaha feel like I've been a broken record with it past few days

Ah I know they want it just as much as us women the poor hubbies as I know they feel pretty helpless with it being our bodies. Keep me updated I’m keeping everything crossed for you x

I know sometimes I have to remind myself he's in it as much as I am and to lay off him haha.

Yeah I do. Really don't think that a fertilised cell is going to be affected by a glass of wine tbh. Others may disagree.

With iui I would have had a drink nothing crazy but this is my first ivf and haven't touched a drink but yea I also don't think it will make a difference to the outcome

Thanks but I didn't. I just new it so didn't even test and then this afternoon period was here. Wish I had some frozen embryos but the fact only 1 fertilised makes it harder now I have to wait 2 weeks to go back and find out when we can try again

Aww sorry to hear that I really am. Sometimes you do just know don’t you. Just try and concentrate on trying again, I’m hoping next time will be a success xx

Now 10dpo and bfn. Had a temp dip today after solid rises for 9 days. Wondering if I'm out now...

Well i had bfn this month I didn't even need to test I just new. As shit and hard as it is just wait it out another few days maybe your one of the lucky ones that's gets a positive after a neg you never know
