3 day blood tests

Hi
I have had most blood tests done but Dr said it didn't matter what day of your cycle they were done apart from one which was day 21. I'm looking at a form to fill out for clinic and they are asking for results of blood tests taken with first 3 days of cycle. Is this essential? If so I will need to have all tests done again!

Day 3 needs testosterone, lh, fsh. Not take at the beginning of the cycle they mean less because the normal ranges are wider...

Day 3 is done to compare the level of LH (luteinising hormone) against that of FSH (follicle stimulation hormone). It sounds like they need your LH/FSH levels. These should be compared against one another rather than just looked at separately.

The day 21 test is usually done to measure levels of progesterone.

If the menstrual cycle is irregular such tests can be done according to calendar days.

Thanks still a bit confused. My period is regular and I have had all those blood tests done but doc didn't say anything needed to be on day 3 of cycle. Assuming I'll need to have them again on day 3 in case. That will be my 4th blood test appointment!

Should be done day 1-3, occasionally you can get away with day 4
