FET tips?
Horseaholic · 30/07/2018 09:23
Ladies, would you hit me with your FET tips please :)
We've just had our 7th fresh IVF fail (IVF4 was a success) and for the first time ever, we've got frosties (1x day 3 & 1x day 5).
I've various factors, including low AMH and DOR, so I take a huge list of supplements and eat high protein keto when stimming, however, I'm totally lost when it comes to FET! How do I prepare myself/uterus, to be in the best shape possible and help our frosties to stick?
Thanks :)

I have no idea! But I am curious to here helpful replies. I'm waiting my period (if it ever comes) after having to plan a FET due to OHSS :(
This is my first ever cycle so no idea what to expect
Sorry I couldn't be more helpful x

Imo it makes no difference
Previous cycles after reading /advised I
Ate Brazil nuts
Ate fresh pineapple
Ate lots of protein chicken
Ate 3 hard boiled eggs a day
Exercised
Stayed off booze
Kept socks on even in summer as warm feet = keeping embryos warm
Sure there were other —weird— things I tried as what if ....
The one successful fet cycle we had I ate nothing of the above - had lots of bad fatty foods (fry up every breakie) drank lots before fet as on holiday etc
Sadly there is nothing you can do to make a fet or embryo to stick and attach
I wish you luck x
