Period after withdrawal bleed after egg collection

Hi everyone,

I had my eggs taken out in June and they had to be frozen because I had OHSS :(

I had a “withdrawal bleed” a week later, from that it’s been 28 days and I’m waiting for my next period.

I’m not taking any medication, doctor said we can have it embryo transfer when I have had this period and we get to say 16, though I’m anxious as to when my period will come? I’m very regular at 28 days and usually have PMS for a week before but I’ve had nothing at all, no symptoms of a period due

I have had diarrhoea (sorry if tmi) so bad! I’ve also had a lot of white CM and still got my sex drive, usually I’d be feeling abit gross and very dry... but opposite, also usually get bad skin but nothing :(

Any ideas? Did your period return to regular after the withdrawal bleed?

Any replies appreciated, I’ve got no one close who knows about all this xxx

Hi there, I was in same situation....freeze all due to OHSS and had bleed as expected after. I was told my next cycle could be delayed due to trigger (prostap). I had to wait nearly 60 days for next af but they went back to normal after that. I hope it comes sooner than that for you as I know how frustrating the wait is when you just want to crack on! X

60 days! Oh gosh, I'm getting married September 15th Utd be just my luck it arrives then hahaha
