Brown Spotting help?

Hello

I know TMI but I need help, I have pcos, and take provera to force AF. I'm hoping to start clomid next Tuesday after losing 2 stone. But for the first time in my life I've have had a brown discharge / spotting on CD15 and 16. And then stopped.

Anyone have any idea why? I'm incredibly confused as it's not normal for me?

Another things the only way I've felt different is that I feel incredibly tired as if I could close my eyes and sleep for a week.

Any chance you could be pregnant ? Take a test perhaps?

We are ttc, but I also have pcos, and thought maybe it could be ovulation bleed or implantation bleed but didn't want to get my hopes up. I can't seem to work out timings. I will do a test though thank you x
